- 50 g of Aloe Vera gel (aloe vera)
- 10 drops of lemon Eucalyptus essential oil
- 5 grams of menthol or camphor crystal
- 1 teaspoon vegetable glycerin or olive oil
- 5 drops of mint or camphor essential oil
Melt in a container the glycerin along with the essential oils and once they are united incorporate to the rest of the ingredients. Remove from heat and let cool. Place this gel in a glass jar with lid and place in the freezer.
You are now ready to use:
Apply on your legs and on your feet at any time you want although it is preferable to do it at night when you are finished with all your activities and you can relax by placing your legs in an upright position.
