Which insects are the most irritable for us through the summer, who ruin our vacations on sandy beaches, or late night walks away from home? The mosquitoes, of course! They’re so unavoidable, and unbearable at the same time!
In the early 1956 it has been presented a mosquito repellent which is useful in the most of cases, but still many people deal with it. If you are part of this group of population, the right thing you should do to keep safe from them is taking vitamin B1.
Vitamin B1 known also as thiamine. Thiamine is mineral with important role in boosting immunity for the body and aganist stress, which is found in many foods like brown rice, eggs, oatmeal, yeast, liver, asparagus and kale.
Everytime you thing that you overused this vitamin, it’s totally useless concern knowing the fact that vitamin B1 is water-soluable, and any excess gets eliminated through urination.
The main thing it is important to mention here is that vitamin B1 changes the smell of your body, and it’s not noticeable for other people, but only for mosquitoes, to whom is very unappealing and rejectable!
Now it’s definitely time to start using it, owing to the fact that is all-natural and has no any disadvantages or adverse effects. Many people dealing with other health problems, such as gastric bypass, chronic alcoholism, anorexia, and Crohn’s disease, should take B1 supplements as well, because these conditons lower its levels in the body.
Getting closer to the summer, in order to keep mosquitoes elsewhere, take vitamin B1 supplements or make your homemade repellent from them! If you choose the first option, than you should take 100mg thiamine daily.
In case you choose the second, use this recipe:

- 15 drops of tea tree oil
- 15 drops of lavander oil
In halfway filled 8oz spray bottle with the cool boiled water should be added the witch hazel, tea tree oil and lavander oil. Your repellent is ready to use whenever you need it.
