The summer is coming. That’s reminding me of enjoying the raw homemade lemonade every day hoping to keep summer here longer.
This beverage is very easily made, and it’s recommended for every age, from kids addicted to soda or adults who don’t prefer alcohol as a beverage, but still want to drink something special during social gatherings. Win-win for parents and children!
Lemons has antibacterial, antiviral, immune-boosting and weight-loss effect.
Infact, they also support our health because they contain citric acid, calcium, magnesium, vitamic C, bioflavonoids, pectin, and limonene. All of this are known as a boosters of our immunity and also fight infections.
Another adventage of using lemons is it’s abbilty of losing weight, as a result of the nutrients contained inside, which support digestion and cleanse the liver.
Raw homemade lemonade recipe:
- 2 cups cold filtered water;
- 2 ts honey;
- 10 drops lemon essential oil;
- 2 lemons, peeled;
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper;
- 1 handful ice.
Except ice, blend the other ingredinets until smooth, then add the ice and resume blending. When it’s smooth serve it over ice. Hope you enjoy!
